It's plenty powerful - dual core 1.6GHz. Vista runs as well in a VM as it would on any other machine. I would highly recommend a Mac Mini for your needs. Our friend Steve W got the 2GHz dual core one recently for iPhone development and says its just the ticket. Oh yeah, I upgraded to Leopard too. I'll add that to the post. Hey there Tim.

I suppose that is why you upgraded but other than memory and disk space does it have the CPU power to actually work effectively? I may need to do some iPhone development and unfortunately it seems the only way to do that is in OSX and my G3 seems to be dead and I'm not going to try and resurrect it.
